The special tax to pay for the Courthouse is set and will not increase. Currently that means less than 3 cents of every dollar in taxes goes into the Courthouse fund. Hmmm...not much one can get for 3 cents these days.
The Ag loan is a line of credit. When it kicks in in 5 years, the amount taken from the loan will be only that amount then needed to pay off the state loan. It almost certainly will not be the full amount because the current commission -- and we assume anyone reasonable elected in the future -- will be searching for other sources and putting every spare dime into paying down the mortgage just like prudent homeowners do.
